Hi, everyone we are the Robison's. My husband has a 23 year old and I have 25 year old. We also have our 5 year old baby girl, words cant express to buy a house in this market. We were randomly connected to Sophia when trying to look at a specific house through Relator.com. This turned out to be the absolute best random connection we have ever made. From the word go, Sophia was extremely responsive, considerate, and helpful as we attempted to buy a house and move on a short time table in today's market. My sale was rather complicated logistically as I was out of state, but she arranged complicated logistics and scheduling (cleaners -- a couple different times, landscapers, staging, photos, among others) to the point where some/most of those vendors were quite arguably out of the scope of her responsibilities. however, she was very giving and gracious about taking on these additional tasks. With regard to listing pricing and contract negotiations, she provided all the relevant information and gave her opinion honestly but in a subtle way so I felt like I had a good guide but was still able to make the final calls without any pressure.
